"I’m honestly not sure how there are so many great reviews here because my experience was completely different.
The ladies I spoke with were kind and professional, but the gentleman I dealt with after the loss of my father was anything but. I was trying to navigate a very difficult situation involving my late father’s older home while going through probate. I called hoping for guidance on the best path forward, and when I asked for advice, I was simply told to find a different insurance company.
I understand that not every problem has an easy solution, but compassion and professionalism cost nothing. At one of the hardest times in my life, I was met with dismissiveness instead of assistance.
To make matters worse, I never received written notice that the policy would not be renewed, despite Kentucky law requiring notice. That left me scrambling to deal with an issue I didn’t even know existed.
This experience was incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this agency based on how I was treated during a time when I needed help the most."

"Best place ever !!! I was with someone else and was paying way over 250$ just for car insurance and I called them they got my insurance for my car and got me renter insurance with it for 166$ a month they are really friendly and always help when you call. So go get a quote today. And you'll see my whole family is with state farm insurance in hazard ky."
